He’s a talkative kitty who loves to engage with you and let you know how he’s feeling. Relaxed and easygoing, Rascal enjoys spending time with his humans. Rascal has a lot of love to offer and will happily keep you company throughout the day. Rascal is diabetic and requires regular care, but with the right treatment, he will thrive and continue being the loving companion he is. Rascal is fully vetted, neutered, and ready for his forever home, including vaccinations, snap test, deworming, flea/tick treatment, and microchipped.
