About Cosmo
This could be the start of something paw-some. Meet Cosmo, a happy-go-lucky 4.5-year-old with a permanent grin and a heart as playful as it is loving. Rescued from an overcrowded shelter in Louisiana, Cosmo is the definition of an energetic goofball who brightens every room he enters. Whether you love going for long walks, enjoy running, or simply want a snuggle buddy for movie nights, Cosmo is always up for an adventure or a cuddle session—especially if it comes with lots of belly rubs and attention. Cosmo’s sharp mind and enthusiasm for learning shine, thanks to his completed 5-week obedience training. He’s eager to impress with his newly learned commands, particularly if treats are involved. While he’s never met a person he didn’t like, Cosmo thrives as the center of attention and prefers to be the only dog in his home. He’ll do best in a family with older kids who can give him the love, patience, and time he craves. Fun fact: With a birthday of January 1, Cosmo is a Capricorn—so you know he’s loyal, determined, and ready to form lasting bonds with his family. Give them the home they have been waiting for. Questions about Cosmo
What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?
Pit Bull Terriers and Boxers are best suited for homes with ample space to move around and a family dedicated to daily activity and enrichment. They thrive with owners who provide structure, companionship, and engagement.
How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?
A securely fenced yard is ideal, but regular walks, runs, or active outings can also meet their exercise needs. These breeds require daily physical activity to stay happy and healthy.
Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
Both Pit Bull Terriers and Boxers can be great with older children when appropriately socialized, as they are affectionate and playful. Their energy may be overwhelming for very small children, so supervision and introductions are important.
