About Meekah
Meekah is looking for a loving retirement home to spend her golden years. At around 8 years old, this black pit mix is all about car rides and will never say no to ice cream. She’s happiest embracing her inner couch potato, eager to settle in next to someone who enjoys a laid-back lifestyle. Her short coat is still filling back in around her back end, so she asks for a little patience there. Meekah gets along well with other large adult dogs but isn’t a fit for homes with small animals or children. She is spayed, dewormed, microchipped, heartworm and Lyme negative, and up to date on all shots. Close to retirement herself (born March 16, making her a sensitive and devoted Pisces), Meekah is ready for a chance at comfort and quiet. Your new best friend is just one click away.

Questions about Meekah
What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?
Meekah's mix of Black Labrador Retriever and Pit Bull Terrier does well in homes where she gets plenty of attention and a comfortable spot to relax. Given her age and temperament, she would thrive in a calm, adult-only environment.
How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?
Meekah isn’t demanding when it comes to outdoor space. As a senior, she mainly enjoys easy strolls and lounging, so a yard or access to walks will suit her just fine.

Meekah is not a match for households with children. Her breed mix sometimes requires patient, adult-only settings, especially for senior dogs like her.
