Charlie was recently surrendered as a found stray but long story short, he was not in fact a stray. He was microchipped and that led back to his owner who has decided its in his best interest to surrender him. He is a very nice guy who knows how to sit and lie down. He is also eager to give a paw in exchange for a treat! He has had some training and is up for any adventures his new family might want to go on!
