I’m Lovey, a 5-year-old chubby, friendly girl with a big heart and an even bigger love for food! I’ve tested persistently FeLV+ (Feline Leukemia Virus positive), but I don’t have any serious health issues right now and I’m living a happy, comfortable life. Because FeLV can be contagious to other cats, I’ll need to be the only cat in the home or live with another FeLV+ kitty. That just means I get to soak up all the attention — and honestly, I think I deserve it! This year I had a dental cleaning, and I may need another in the future. What can I say? I’m not the best at brushing my teeth. But don’t worry — I’ll reward your care with snuggles, purrs, and a gentle presence. I’m a mellow, easygoing companion who’s happiest being near my people. I love curling up next to you, soaking in the pets and affection. While I should probably be on a diet (I really do love my food), I think my roundness only adds to my charm.
