Girlfriend had a rough start in life. We believe she was abused. She loves having a male cat pal. Girlfriend is very hand-shy and we have never been able to touch her. However she does approach, rub against legs, and lick a known person’s hand. She needs a a nice warm home where she is fed daily and has the freedom to be independent. She has been observed to be a huntress, even catching a grasshopper in the summer. We will be particular about where she goes. We do not want her to be predator bait. Her ideal place would be a dairy farm where there are cat-friendly livestock dogs and where the people will patiently acclimate her. We will want to visit any possible home. She has a pal who might also be a good farm cat (Heiho). The fee is negotiable for the right placement
