Poopsie Slime Surprise was born in July 2023 and has developed a unique personality along the way. She’s a deep purrer and bonds quickly with her people, often by making a beeline for their shoes—a quirk that never fails to surprise new arrivals. Poopsie’s best friend is Fart Jacobs, a black and white kitten with hind-limb paralysis. The two are inseparable, grooming each other and curling up together when it’s time to rest. Poopsie is cautious around big dogs, but adapts if she has her own space. Her favorite things are boxes, toys, a cat tree with a window seat, and anything that lets her watch birds go by or sniff the fresh breeze. Poopsie’s name comes from a rainbow-maned unicorn doll, fitting for a cat as whimsical as she is. At a couple months old, Poopsie survived an injury that left her with some spinal damage—she has a wobbly walk and is incontinent as a result, but she’s otherwise athletic and loves to climb. Caring for her means helping her by expressing her bladder three times a day, a skill that’s easy to learn with a bit of guidance. She occasionally leaves droppings behind unconsciously and has some urine leakage in between helpings, but she needs consistent care to prevent infections and stay healthy.
