This 2-year-old, 11lb Chihuahua mix is as smart and soulful as her name suggests—a true little muse in a tiny package! Frida was found as a stray with her one-week-old puppy and brought to the Downey Animal Shelter. With no microchip and no one coming to claim her, Shelter Hope took her in and placed her in the safety of foster care, where she lovingly raised her pup like the devoted mama she is. Now it’s Frida’s turn to shine! Frida is sweet, observant, and incredibly affectionate. She absolutely adores being in your arms and will happily leap into them—she’s quite the little jumper! However, within just two days, she transformed, jumping onto our laps and giving us kisses. Frida is incredibly smart, loves spending time in the yard, and is a loyal watch dog.
