About Wriggly
Start your journey together! Apply now. Wriggly is a sweet and playful 7-month-old Shih Poo weighing in at about 7.5 pounds. He adores people as well as other dogs and enjoys lots of fun with toys and playmates. Wriggly is always ready for an adventure, especially car rides! While housebreaking and leash walking are still works in progress, he’s motivated and learning with patience and guidance. Wriggly does have no vision in his left eye and is borderline for dry eye in both eyes, so he currently receives lubricating gel three times daily—likely a lifelong routine. An ophthalmologist re-check is recommended at the end of April or early May. Both of his eyes twitch, suggesting an underlying neurological condition, and arrangements are being made for him to see a neurologist to make sure he receives the specialized care he deserves. He is up to date on rabies and distemper vaccinations, neutered, microchipped, and protected against heartworm. Wriggly’s birthday falls under the sign of Leo, so you might find him to be especially charming and affectionate! Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
