Greenbean is a medium-sized, black domestic short hair cat living in Shreveport, LA. He is an adult male who is neutered, house trained, and up to date on his vaccinations. He has a short coat and prefers to be the only cat in his home.

About Greenbean

Greenbean has a knack for making an impression. Picked up as a scrappy stray living on the street, he went through the TNR process and landed at the shelter. The plan was for him to rejoin the outdoor cat community, but Greenbean showed enough promise that the rescue decided to give him a real shot at adoption. Two years later, he’s still hoping for that perfect match. He’s got some street smarts, a bit of attitude, and makes it clear he’d rather not share his space with other cats. Greenbean will need to be your only cat—he won’t tolerate feline competition but enjoys attention from people. He’s motivated by treats and loves to soak up affection, especially if you keep his world interesting. Supervised outside time would suit him well and help channel his curiosity in a safe way. Greenbean is about 4-5 years old, neutered, FIV/FeLV negative, and his vaccinations are current. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
