About Gingerbread By Appointment

Gingerbread is an older gentleman with an easygoing, friendly spirit. He lost his first home when his previous owner was no longer able to care for him, and he quickly became a staff favorite at the rescue. He’s lived peacefully with both dogs and cats before, provided they’re polite and respectful, so he may be a good fit for a multi-pet household again. Gingerbread recently went through a bout with diabetes but is currently in remission—so, no need for regular insulin shots, though he does require a steady, consistent diet. He’s also been diagnosed with a heart murmur; his adopter should plan on a vet check every six months to keep an eye on that. Gingerbread enjoys the comforts of foster living right now. Interested adopters need to schedule a meet-and-greet appointment. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
