Rescued: 12/3/2022 Age at the time of rescue: 3 years Current weight: 50 pounds Layla was found in an abandoned home high in the mountains of Puerto Rico with her four puppies, also up for adoption. They were all in very rough shape and would not have lasted long without food and safety to secure them. They were all skin and bones and Layla looked like she had lived her life on a chain by the looks of the impression around her neck. Heartbreaking, but she is doing great now and knows that she is loved. She is a high energy and active adult who would benefit from an active family.
