About Gabby
Gabby is a lively girl with a big personality and plenty of energy to spare. She was found as a stray in rough shape—skin and bones, wary and quick on her feet. After a tough start and a patient rescuer, Gabby found her way to safety. She's about 3-4 years old and likely a mix of Hound and Pittie. Gabby loves to sprint around the yard and often gets the zoomies, so much so that a leash is kept on her even during playtime to make sure she doesn't dart off. While she's shy with new people, Gabby will warm up once she feels safe. She’s got a bold approach with other dogs that usually doesn't sit well with them, so being the only dog is likely best. With a strong prey drive, cats aren’t a good fit for her home either. Gabby could do well with kids over ten, especially if they're dog-savvy and the environment fosters positive introductions. She’s young, energetic, and still figuring out basic manners, but with some training and patience, she could turn into a fantastic family member. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
