About Penelope
Penelope showed up in rough shape—skinny enough that every bone along her back was obvious, with no microchip and on the edge of going into heat. She’s since put that chapter behind her and now, at just over a year old, is sturdy, healthy, and ready for her real forever home. After getting adopted, she gave living with two dogs a solid try, but decided the dog life wasn’t for her, so she came back to the rescue still sweet, quirky, and as confident as ever. Penelope’s personality stands out: she’s very playful, loves chin scratches, and knows when she wants her space. Her favorite things include anything with bells, cardboard boxes, sunny nap spots, and staring down birds from the window. She’s good with kids but will need a home without other cats or dogs. Penelope is spayed, fully vaccinated, dewormed, FIV/FELV negative, and ready to find her forever person. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
