About Rafiki
Rafiki’s name means “friend” in Swahili, a nod to his gentle spirit. This light grey tabby with darker stripes and a gold-tinged nose spends much of his time perched high above ground, quietly observing from his favorite shelves. Life in the open cat room overwhelms him, so he keeps his circle small and his world quiet. He’s a shy soul, about a year or two old, and far from the largest cat in the group. Rafiki does best around calm, patient people who’ll give him space to build trust and confidence at his own pace. He has lived with other cats and a small dog before, so a mellow multi-pet home could suit him if given a careful introduction. Rafiki needs a home with minimal chaos and plenty of safe spots to call his own. Your new best friend is just one click away.
