About Velcro
Velcro arrived at the rescue after a rough start in life and tends to greet newcomers cautiously. She'll size up anyone entering her space, preferring a slow approach, but once she decides you’re trustworthy, she bonds deeply. Velcro’s history with other cats is mixed—some tend to pick on her—so she stays reserved around new feline acquaintances but manages to make a few close cat friends over time. She hasn’t met any dogs yet. Velcro would be happiest in a home with adults or older children, as younger kids may be overwhelming for her. Her favorite activity is perching up high where she can supervise everything with a watchful eye, lending a helping paw to her foster mom and making sure everything is running smoothly. She’s quick to lend her unique brand of “assistance” whenever she can. Velcro is an April Taurus—so you can expect loyalty and a bit of stubbornness in the best ways. Ready to fall in love?
