Baxter is a handsome, stately white-and-orange gentleman who came to us with another cat after both lost their home when their owner passed away. This big change has been overwhelming for him, but he has settled beautifully into one of our large rooms with other gentle cats. Over time, Baxter has blossomed into an incredibly sweet boy who now seeks out attention and pets. He may give a playful little nip, more of a gentle mouth-hold than a true bite, but it’s all part of his affectionate personality. While he is fine with other cats, but he isn’t particularly interested in feline friendships, and would much prefer to be the center of your world. Baxter is hoping for a quiet, low-key forever home where he can once again feel secure, loved, and truly at home (on a sofa to call his own.) If you would like to offer our mature man all the amenities he deserves, in return, he will prove to be a loving, loyal companion for life! DOB: 6/2015 Cat adoption information and application can be found at www.staf.org. All cats and kittens have been vet-checked, spayed/neutered, and are up-to-date on vaccinations. Adoption fee includes carrier, scratching pad, starter pack of food and litter, and toy. We prefer kittens be adopted in pairs. We offer free advice anytime about your adopted cat. If, for any reason, it doesn't work out, we will take the cat back, anytime in the future. Potential adopters must be interviewed in person, at the shelter, and live within 150 miles of Cincinnati.
