Dexter. Date of Birth: March 1, 2025. My housemate Dewey (who is also on this website) and I were found going for the food at a feral cat feeding site. We were trapped with the idea that we would be fixed and re-released (TNR, if you're familiar with the term). But as soon as people started handling us, it became clear we were not wild. We were anything but; we adored the touch of a human hand. It was obvious that we were familiar with people, which means we'd probably been dumped. Recognizing that putting us back outside would be a bad idea, the feral feeders contacted Save A Purrfect Cat Rescue, and a nice lady stepped forward to foster us. Since then we've been reveling in the indoor life. I am a very outgoing boy, and very playful. You can pick me up and hold me. I will also come to you asking for attention, then lie right beside you and ask for pets. I guess I'm a bit of a couch potato. (Dewey will lie next to you as well, but while I'm right on top, Dewy will be at your feet.) I am also a fanatic for Churros. If you want to be my best friend, just open a Churro, and I'm there. I would make a great pair with Dewey. We're not siblings (he's a few months younger), but we've bonded in our foster home.
