About Dakota
Dakota arrived at the rescue alongside her sisters after their hidden hideaway was discovered when they were just kittens. After spending a year in care, Dakota is still searching for a true home and someone who will give her the patience and trust she needs to settle in. Having spent all her time in a single room indoors, Dakota is used to keeping watch from above—her biggest talent is climbing her cat tower and observing her surroundings. She loves to be petted and will seek you out when she’s ready, but prefers to keep all four paws on the ground instead of being held. If you’re willing to go at her pace and promise her calm, gentle attention, Dakota will gradually let her guard down and become your quiet companion. Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin!
