Zinnie is a one year old beautiful Calico! She is very small in stature, but has a big personality. She came to us when her family moved and left her and her newborn kittens behind. Zinnie has loved her babies and has always been super protective of them. She even took in two orphaned kittens and welcomed them into her little family. She has been a wonderful mommy! Now that her babies are old enough to find their own homes, it is her turn to find her furever place! She has a true Calico personality in that she doesn’t really like any other animals and is very “outspoken” about it. It could be that she is just protective over her kittens, but she does not want to go to a home with dogs. Zinnie can be around the other adult cats but usually gets pretty annoyed having to share her space. We know this limits her options, but she really can be a sweet kitty to people and she’s just a girl who knows what she wants. She is on the list to get spayed soon and we are hoping that will help mellow her out a bit as well.
