Sunkist and his brothers spent the summer outside but showed they had the temperament to be housecats when a TNR volunteer found them. After adjusting to indoor life, Sunkist will reward a patient adopter with companionship. He's come a long way from his outdoor beginnings and now just needs some help settling into a home. Sunkist gets along with other cats and will thrive with a patient family who understands he needs a little time to trust people indoors. Indoor homes are required unless adopting through the barn cat program. Adoptions are limited to about 45 minutes from Cedar Rapids, IA, and only within Iowa. Home visits are part of the process.
