About Squeaks
Click apply to start the adoption process. Meet Squeaks! This sweet girl is a small Chihuahua mix who came to the rescue as a devoted mama of three. At just 2 years old, her life so far has been focused on motherhood, having been bred multiple times and never truly getting a chance to just be a dog. She’s only now starting to discover what it means to live beyond survival and enjoy a loving home environment. Squeaks will be ready for adoption on July 16th, once her puppies are ready for their own homes. She can be a bit timid at first, simply because so much of the world is still new to her. But give her time and patience, and her warm, gentle personality shines through. Squeaks is truly a hidden gem just waiting to be discovered. She will thrive in a calm, patient home where she will be showered with love and attention as she learns what it means to feel safe, cherished, and free. She is searching for someone willing to give her the second chance at happiness she so deserves. Please note that all adoptions are local and require a secure, fenced yard. Dogs must be picked up in person at Bonifay, FL, as transport and shipping are not available. All dogs are fully vetted including spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, microchipping, and preventative treatments. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.

Chihuahuas don't require much outdoor space and are comfortable with short walks and some playtime in a secure yard or even inside the home, given their small size.
Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
Chihuahuas can be suitable for homes with gentle, respectful children who understand small dogs, but their tiny size means they may be fragile around very young kids.
