At 2 months old, Moonstone was found in a storm damaged barn after the derecho. She was adopted to a couple in Iowa City who later gave her to a friend in the Quad Cities. This week, we were notified by the Rock Island Animal Control that she had been surrendered to them. Indoor homes only unless the cat is part of our barn cat program. Home visits are required so we are limit adoptions to approximately 45 minutes from Cedar Rapids, IA. Iowa adoptions only -no out of state adoptions.
