About Ferrell
Click apply to start the adoption process. Ferrell is one of nine kittens brought in after their previous owner was overwhelmed, and since then, all remaining adult cats have been fixed to prevent any future litters. Ferrell and his sibling Filmore share the same mom, and while Ferrell is cautious around new people, he shines best in a patient home setting. He is likely to thrive in a quiet home without young children or dogs and would do best if adopted along with a feline friend. Ferrell had a previous adoption but struggled to adjust, so a home offering stability and companionship is ideal. He must be kept indoors unless placed in the barn cat program, and home visits are required—adoptions are limited to within roughly 45 minutes from Cedar Rapids, IA. Only Iowa residents are eligible, and the adoption center in Cedar Rapids is currently open by appointment only. As a fun fact, Ferrell is a Libra, which means he might prefer balance and harmony in his household. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
