Connie came to the rescue after being found walking in circles with a head tilt and trouble staying upright. She’s recovered physically but tends to keep to herself and isn’t particularly social with people. Connie does best with minimal handling and would be a good fit for the Shop Cat program, thriving in settings where she can do her own thing.
