About Cocoa
Make their next chapter their best one yet. Cocoa is a gentle soul who needs some time to warm up to new people. She experiences 'stranger danger' and doesn't immediately trust everyone she meets, but once she feels comfortable, she blossoms into a loyal and devoted companion. Cocoa is adored by everyone at the rescue, showing that, with patience and kindness, she quickly becomes affectionate and loving. She's looking for a calm, small household, ideally with just one or two people, where she can feel secure and build a bond at her own pace. Cocoa prefers to be the only dog in the home, although she has a special friendship with a fellow dog at the rescue. She is current on vaccines, heartworm negative, microchipped, and dewormed, ensuring she's healthy and ready for her new chapter. Born on May 2, Cocoa is a Taurus, known for loyalty and bravery—traits she exemplifies every day. Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin!
