Spirit arrived back in December 2022 with her mother and siblings, all carrying ringworm. Months in isolation made it tough for Spirit to get comfortable around people, especially since her mother was feral. Socializing didn’t come easy, and Spirit has stayed on the timid side. She shies away from touch and prefers to keep her distance, so she’ll need someone with a patient approach willing to invest time in building trust. Because she’s easily startled and fearful of people, a home without children would suit her best. Spirit does get along with other cats, so a cat-friendly environment is welcome.
