Melvin checks just about every box for someone looking for a truly great dog. He’s loving with people, quietly relaxed around the house, yet full of energy and always up for fun. At about 70 pounds and two and a half years old, he fits right into an active family life and makes a wonderful companion for children. He’s also proven to be gentle with cats; just yesterday, a kitten wandered right beneath him and Melvin responded by giving her gentle belly rubs.
