About Kaktus
Kaktus is a two-year-old bundle of energy with the temperament to match. He thrives on activity, making him a fantastic companion for someone active who has the time and experience to provide structure and guidance. Kaktus gets along well with most dogs, though his play style and enthusiasm can be a lot for gentler or smaller pups. He has a particular fondness for children and doesn’t hesitate to climb into laps, despite his size—he genuinely believes he's a lap dog. On walks, Kaktus does well on the leash and understands the sit command, but his excitement can come out as jumping, so continued training would benefit him. He’s crate trained, familiar with using a dog door, and working hard on perfecting his potty training at the pet resort. Every day he swims and plays with other dogs, proving he’d love another energetic playmate of similar size at home. If you’re looking for an adventure partner and are ready for the quirks and joys of an exuberant, loving pup, Kaktus is waiting in Bernalillo, NM. Your new best friend is just one click away.
