While he might not be the easiest dog to handle, his loyalty and affection make him incredibly rewarding for the right adopter. Pluto was born at Rockstar Rescue and initially adopted as a puppy. Unfortunately, he was returned due to fear-based reactivity with strangers. Since then, he has shown that beneath his fears lies a loving and goofy personality. Once Pluto trusts you, he becomes a playful and affectionate companion who loves to be by your side. His needs are specific. Pluto requires a quiet home without kids or frequent visitors, making it essential that his new adopter has experience with dogs like him. His trust can be built relatively quickly, usually in a few weeks, with a consistent routine and gentle handling. Pluto is fully vetted, neutered, and up to date on vaccinations.
