About Tito

Meet Tito – The Starbucks-Loving, Police-Truck-Riding Escape Artist with a Heart of Gold ??? Note from foster mom: He is the sweetest teddy bear that you will ever meet. He is also a goofball. He is so excited to see you first thing in the morning and when you get home. He only barks when necessary. He would make a wonderful family dog. Tito’s story is one you won’t forget. He was born at the home of an 80-year-old woman who had 24 dogs — including two pregnant females that gave birth to 9 puppies each. Slowly but surely, we’ve helped reduce the number of dogs, but Tito’s adventurous spirit couldn’t be contained. Tito and his brother figured out how to jump their broken backyard fence and became local celebrities in the desert, often spotted hanging around the restaurants at the Four Corners — especially Starbucks, their favorite hangout. Despite the frequent “lost dog” posts on our community page, we’d have to explain: They’re not lost, just sneaking out again! One morning, Tito was even spotted standing on top of a police truck at the substation. That was the last straw — we made room for him at our home before he got into any more "trouble." ? Now safe and loved, Tito has proven to be one of the easiest, happiest dogs we’ve had. He: ? Loves to play with other dogs ??????? Adores human affection — especially hugs when you get home ?? Is calm and well-behaved at home ?? Just wants to be part of a family But here's the thing — at adoption events, Tito gets shy. He doesn’t show his silly, loving, playful self. So people walk past him, not knowing what a gem he is. Tito is waiting for someone who sees beyond the first impression — someone who will give him the chance to show how truly amazing he is. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate, and low-maintenance companion, Tito might just be your perfect match.
