Socks came to RUFF Rescue after his owner passed away and has shown a gentle, sweet disposition. He’s a small mixed-breed dog, part Chihuahua and part Pug, with classic black and cream markings and a short coat. Socks can be a little shy at first, especially compared to his brother Alfonso, but once he trusts you, he’s deeply loyal. His playful side emerges quickly, especially around other dogs—he loves to play and always tries to please his people. Socks would be happiest in a home that allows him some time and patience to build confidence at his own pace.
