Name: Courage Breed: German Shepherd (Male) Age: Approximately 10 years old Status: Neutered Background: Courage was attacked by another dog and unfortunately abandoned at the vet by his previous owners. Due to this trauma, he has some separation anxiety, but with consistent care, he has shown great improvement. He’s been in foster care for about three months and is ready to find his forever home. Personality: Courage is an incredibly sweet and loving boy who will follow you around like a shadow. He adores meeting new people and is always up for a good nap, belly rubs, or a scratch behind the ears. He also has a soft spot for watching Bluey, and he’s just a big ol’ baby at heart. Health & Behavior: Courage is loyal and affectionate, but he would need to be the only pet in the household. He is not currently good with other dogs, likely due to the trauma he endured from the attack. We are unsure about his reaction to cats, so it’s best he goes to a home without them.
