Chowder has come a long way from his days as a feral cat. He’s still learning to trust people, and while he’s not quite ready for pets just yet, he’s getting so close—especially if there are treats involved! He watches volunteers with curiosity and is slowly warming up to human interaction. Chowder will thrive in a quiet home with an experienced cat owner who understands that love and trust take time. He would do best in a household without small children, as sudden movements and loud noises can still be a little scary for him.
