Jesse’s life took a difficult turn when he ended up in a hoarding situation after first being adopted as a puppy. He spent months in a shelter due to a drawn-out appeal but never lost his sweetness. He lives for car rides, friendly company, and splashing in the water. Jesse does well with other dogs and children but isn’t yet house trained and will need patience with that.
