Ghirardelli is an approximately 7 year-old, 65 lb shepherd mix. Like chocolate, this guy has layers-independent at first, but super sweet once he warms up. Once Ghirardelli knows you, he will lean into you and be yours forever. Ghirardelli loves to take his time exploring the world with his nose. Walks are part adventure, part investigation. He knows how to sit for treats and is house trained. He does well left alone for several hours at a time. Even though he is older, this guy still has shepherd energy and loves chasing tennis balls. Ghirardelli is great with other dogs. He is respectful of their space, plays well, and issues appropriate corrections. Ghirardelli is house trained.
