About Loki
Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin! Loki is an adorable brown brindle French Bulldog with a big personality and lots of energy, around 2.5 years old and weighing about 35 pounds. His foster mom describes him as a bundle of fun who loves everyone he meets, both people and dogs alike. Loki greets new friends with exuberance and is working hard on controlling his enthusiastic jumping—he just can’t wait to say hello! He’s happiest when busy, whether exploring the house and yard, playing with toys, or wrestling with doggie friends. Loki thrives in an active, interactive home where people want to include him in their daily fun. He’s crate trained, sleeps quietly through the night after a good chew session, and is house trained—though his new family should be prepared to let him out often or provide access to a doggie door, as he doesn’t like to hold it too long. Loki is good on leash but does need reminders not to pull, and he loves sniffing around during walks. Be prepared to keep an eye out—he’ll try to pick up leaves or other interesting things! He’s extremely affectionate, happily throwing himself down for scratches and belly rubs. Loki would love a home with another young, energetic dog his size or bigger, as his play style is rough-and-tumble. He has no experience with children, and because of his active and sometimes mouthy play style, he should not go to a home with kids under 7. While Loki is healthy, potential adopters should be familiar with the specific health concerns of French Bulldogs and must purchase medical insurance. His adoption fee covers a health exam, neuter, microchip, vaccinations, flea and deworming treatment, and any other required medical care. A single-family home with a securely fenced, attached yard (minimum 6-foot fencing) is required for Loki. Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today.
