About Tater

Tater is a 4-and-a-half-year-old English Bulldog/Pit Bull mix who’s grown into a sweet, loyal companion ready for a family in the Frisco, TX area. After returning to rescue, he’s thrived in his foster home—he’s a mellow guy who’ll happily settle beside you, just as willing for a relaxed walk as he is for a long nap. Tater has a habit of quietly entertaining with his signature side-eye and wiggly charm. He absolutely loves people, especially kids, and he’s house trained and crate trained, so you won’t be starting from scratch. He does best as the only pet—no other dogs or cats, please—as he likes being the center of human affection and can be protective of his people. Tater walks well on leash and handles outings without much fuss. His playful personality shines, but he’s got the calm, easygoing attitude that families appreciate.
