Crème Brulee is a petite eight-year-old cat with beautiful white and orange coloring and a warm, sweet personality that more than lives up to her name. She prefers to be the only cat in her new home, and while she hasn’t lived with dogs or children before, she absolutely loves interacting with her people. She’s an enthusiastic conversationalist, often chatting away when she wants attention or simply wants to get involved in whatever you’re up to. If you start petting her, she’ll reward you with long, loud purrs and won’t hesitate to settle right into your lap—especially on chilly days. She’s clever and already knows several tricks, including “sit,” “touch,” and “up.” Crème enjoys being brushed but will give a gentle tap (no claws) if she’s reached her limit. She’s very food motivated and will make sure you don’t forget a single meal. After slimming down from previous extra weight, she’ll need someone who can help her stay on track with her healthy lifestyle. When guests visit, she’s curious but prefers to warm up to new people at her own pace, usually observing from a quiet spot. She loves watching the world from windows, chasing string and laser pointers, and sharing a warm bed—sometimes trying to sneak under the covers if it's particularly cold.
