About Fletcher
Fletcher’s story almost ended too soon, but Rescue One stepped in, and now he’s in search of his next chapter. He’s a seven-year-old, 58-pound Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier mix with a goofy streak and a gentle soul. Fletcher is happiest around other dogs—he thrives in play, showing off his best open-mouth moves, and he loves a friendly game of tug-of-war. No rough play here, just pure good-natured fun. He’s housebroken, crate-trained, and easy on the leash, which makes everyday life with Fletcher low stress. Walks and car rides are high on his list, too. He gets along well with dogs, cats, and children, so a home with a furry companion and a few kids would be ideal. Fletcher’s laid-back personality makes him an unintrusive housemate, and he’s always ready to demonstrate his signature paw shake. Just a note—he can jump chain-link fences, so any yard should have a privacy fence. He’s allergic to chicken and needs a daily allergy pill, but otherwise, he’s in good shape. Fletcher is the type of dog who naturally fits into a family and makes his people feel lucky. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
