Mitsy was found as a stray in the Kensington area of Philly where she had been living on the streets for about 2 years. She was skittish coming into the rescue, but Mitsy has been warming up to people with some extra time and love from our volunteers and staff. She's usually a relaxed girl, enjoying time in the sunshine and being with other cats. Mitsy's "purrfect" home will be quieter and with another cat ideally.
