Onyx came to the rescue after her owner surrendered her following a minor run-in with another dog at home. She’s a gentle giant who absolutely lives for giving big, heartfelt hugs despite her extra-large frame. Onyx spent time in doggy daycare, where she initially did well but has lately been a bit too rough with play. She may do fine with easygoing medium or large dogs but does not get along with dominant dogs or those that try to correct her. Her behavior with cats is unknown, as she’s never lived with them here.
