Scout is a sweet and affectionate kitty. He warms up well to new people and gets along with the other cats at RAIN. He's comfortable with the well-behaved dogs who spend the day at RAIN. Scout has a dashing black tuxedo fur coat with white boots, bib and mittens. He may be found lounging on the floor or hanging out and purring near his people. Scout has slightly limited vision in one eye but does fine with all the seeing tasks a kitty needs. His condition is not causing any further medical problems.
