Josie is a small chihuahua/rat terrier mix with a short tricolor coat. Born around January 2016, she’s spayed, heartworm negative, and her vaccinations are current. Josie lived with nine other dogs in difficult conditions until her owner, an elderly man, could no longer care for them.
