I’m Janco, a 2 month old border collie/terrier mix, just 7 pounds now but destined to grow into a medium-sized boy with a big heart. I’m working hard on house, crate, and leash training, and I’m already showing promise—especially with potty training. I go out often, my belly band stays dry, and I take care of business right away like a very good pup. I get along wonderfully with dogs and kids, and I’d thrive in a home with a fenced yard and a family who’s patient, gentle, and committed to helping me learn and grow. I’m an unusually calm and quiet puppy—soft, sweet, and still finding my confidence. I sleep a lot, and I’m definitely the opposite of my brother in energy. When I was found, I was emaciated and hypothermic, and it took a few days for me to feel safe. But each day, a little more of the real me peeks out. I’ve started wagging my tail, approaching for attention, and showing how much I adore snuggles. I could curl up with you for hours, perfectly content just being close.
