About Moxee & Granger

Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you. Meet Moxee, a medium/long-haired boy, and his best friend Granger, who has a shorter coat. These two sweet and gentle cats recently found their way to safety thanks to a collaborative local rescue effort. Having always relied on one another for comfort, they are looking for a forever home together, where their bond can remain unbroken. Each boy weighs about 7 pounds, and both are under a year old. They are described as exceptionally kind and loving with people and with each other, making them a wonderful duo for the right family. As part of their adoption, these cats are indoor-only and currently being fostered in Poulsbo. The rescue aims to place them with a family prepared for a thoughtful and respectful adoption process, ensuring the best emotional fit for both cats. Adoptions are finalized through a hand-off only approach, given current health precautions. The adoption process includes an application, an extensive phone interview to discuss personalities and suitability, and a meeting in Washington for approved out-of-state adopters. For the safety of all involved, the rescue generally prefers families with children aged 5 and up, unless otherwise noted. Your application will be thoughtfully reviewed to ensure the best match for Moxee, Granger, and their future home. These boys’ adoption fee covers their care, vetting, vaccines, microchip, and neutering, with all proceeds supporting rescue efforts. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
