She moves confidently in her wheelchair or scoots herself wherever she wants to go, always wagging her tail and ready to greet everyone with a big smile. She is on medication and undergoing therapy, and there’s hope she’ll regain some mobility, but she already lives each day to the fullest just as she is. Stormy gets along with all dogs, adores affection, and wins people over with her resilience and charm. She’s also good with cats and children, blending seamlessly into any loving home.
