Tom Collins is the sweetest kitty. He loves all cats and dogs. He thinks hes a dog. He plays with toys on his own (gets them from basket, tosses them in the air and then jumps and catches them!) Its adorable. Shy and skittish at first so meet and greets are tough for him with new people for Tom id offer a trial foster to adopt if it seems like a good fit! It would take him a few weeks to warm up and feel safe to show his true personality.
