Micah starts out a little shy, but warms up and enjoys being petted. He is deeply bonded with Mira and acts as her protector, so they must be adopted together. Both cats went through a rough time after their owner died, spending nearly 10 months abandoned in their home before rescue. As a result, they are understandably a bit fearful as they figure out how to trust again, but having come from a family environment, they're likely to settle in soon with patient adopters. Their journey means Micah and Mira need a gentle home, ideally with someone willing to give them the time and understanding they need to feel safe.
