About Tippy
Make their next chapter their best one yet. Meet Tippy—though you can call her Tip! At about 5 years old, Tip is as sweet as they come, and she’s rocking life as a tripod. Don’t let her missing leg fool you; she’s got speed, spirit, and a charming tuck-and-roll stop that will make you smile every time. Tip can run, zoom, and play with the best, proving she doesn’t need any special treatment, just a loving forever home. She’s a pit bull by breed (not a Rottweiler—she’s full of surprises!) and loves to show off her friendly, cuddly side, living for belly rubs and sharing her beautiful singing voice when sirens go by. Besides being loyal and downright goofy, Tip is great with kids and loves to fill her home with joy. She’s truly a world-class companion who’s had to say goodbye to her previous family due to difficulties getting along with another resident dog. Though she tried hard, Tip would flourish best as your only dog, or possibly with a calm, submissive canine brother. Her perfect home would have a yard for her trademark zoomies, and people who will love her for all her quirks and warmth. With her heart full of love (and plenty of belly to rub), Tip is ready to find the family who will cherish her forever. By the way, as a Leo, she’s sure to bring plenty of bold, loving energy into your life! Your new best friend is just one click away.
